Great hot fudge sauce recipe from my first microwave. Have been making it for years! Ingredients:
1/2c sugar |
3tbs cocoa |
11/2tbs cornstarch |
das of salt |
1/2c water,room temperature |
2tbs butter or margarine |
1tsp vanilla |
Directions:
1. Mix together dry ingredients in a 1qt casserole or 2c glass measure. Stir in water
2. Cook in microwave oven on full power for about 11/2 mins. Stir halfway thru cooking. Blend in butter. Cook on full power for 1 min. or till butter is melted. Stir halfway thru cooking time. Blend in vanilla. Stir thoroughly. Makes 1 cup
