This is the best and easiest hot fudge sauce I have ever made. My family has used it since the late 1960's that I know of. Maybe longer. I really like bananas dipped into it. Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk |
2 cups granulated sugar |
3 ounces unsweetened chocolate |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. bring the evaporated milk, sugar and chocolate to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes. 2. add the vanilla and beat until smooth. 3. Serve over ice cream if desired. |
