From my Mother-in-Law, I haven't tried this yet so I am unsure of the yield. Ingredients:
2 cups sugar |
1 cup cocoa |
2 cups milk |
2 tablespoons cornstarch |
1/4 cup milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Bring sugar, cocoa, and 2 cups of milk to a boil. 2. Mix 1/4 cup of milk with cornstarch and add to boiling mixture. 3. Boil gently for 5 minutes, then add vanilla. 4. Cool slightly and serve over ice cream. 5. Store in the fridge. |
