Don't usually do much in my slow cooker but this was calling me LOL Enjoy Ingredients:
1 box (18 1/2 ounces chocolate cake mix) |
1 box (3.9 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix |
2 cups sour cream |
4 eggs |
1 cup water |
3/4 cup oil |
1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips |
whipped cream or ice cream (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, eggs, water and oil in the Bowl Of an electric mixer. Beat on medium 2 minutes. Stir in chocolate Chips. Grease the crock of a slow cooker. Pour in batter. Cover and cook on Low 6 To 7 hours or on high 3 to 4 hours or until a toothpick inserted near the Center comes out with moist crumbs attached.
2. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
