Another one from Fat Free dot Com. Sounds yummy! Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
3/4 cup sugar |
6 tablespoons baking cocoa, divided |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup skim milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup packed brown sugar |
1 3/4 cups hot water |
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, 2 Tbls cocoa, baking powder and salt. 2. Stir in the milk and vanilla until smooth. 3. Spread in an ungreased 9-in square baking pan. 4. Combine brown sugar and remaining cocoa; sprinkle over batter. 5. Pour hot water over all; do not stir. 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. 7. Serve warm. 8. I like to serve it with frozen non-fat vanilla yogurt. 9. Yield: 9 servings. |
