I found this on the web and thought that it sounded wonderful. Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped |
8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded |
1 (2 ounce) jar diced pimentos, drained |
1 garlic clove, minced |
chopped tomato, garnish (optional) |
chopped green onion, garnish (optional) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°. 2. Mix all ingredients together. 3. Place mixture in a pie pan. 4. Bake 20- 25 minutes or until slightly browned. 5. If you like top with tomatoes and green onions. 6. Serve with pita bread, bagel toast, crackers or even tortilla chips. |
