500 ml milk |
100 g dark chocolate, roughly chopped |
2 egg yolks |
2 tablespoons grated dark chocolate |
Directions:
1. Place milk and dark chocolate in a saucepan. 2. Stir over low heat until chocolate melts. 3. Blend a little hot milk into egg yolks. 4. Add remaining hot milk and beat together using electric mixer till mixture is frothy. 5. Serve immediately with some grated chocolate on top. |
