Hot Dogs and Peppers

This is a great camping recipe; and this works well with a iron skillet. Very simple!
Ingredients:
1 lb hot dog (cut 1/2 inch)
1 bell pepper (chopped)
1 medium onion (chopped)
1 (24 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
salt and pepper
oil (for frying)
Directions:
1. Place cut Hotdogs into oiled frying pan.
2. Sauté Hot Dogs for around 2 minutes on high heat.
3. Add Bell Pepper and Sauté for 3 minutes.
4. Add Onions and Sauté 2 more minutes
5. Add Can of Tomato.
6. Add Salt and Pepper.
7. Let simmer around 15 minutes or until the juices reduce.
8. *Option-Serve with crispy Italian Bread*.
