A very easy appetizer that everyone loves. I only use all beef hot dogs. Ingredients:
3/4 cup bourbon |
1 1/2 cups brown sugar |
1 1/2 cups catsup |
1 tablespoon chopped onion |
5 -6 hot dogs, cut into 1 inch pieces |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and cook on medium heat until the hot dog pieces are coated with sauce ~ this takes about 1 hour. 2. Serve in a chafing dish with toothpicks. |
