I visit a friend recently and she said that this was a huge hit at her house with her hubby and 4 year old. It was a huge hit with me too. Easy, simple and good! Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) package biscuit dough |
1 (10 ounce) can hot dog chili sauce |
4 hot dogs, sliced |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Lightly grease muffin tin. 3. Roll out each biscuit to be a bit larger than the muffin tin size - nothing exact. 4. Place each biscuit into the tin. 5. Fill with hot dogs, a good dollup of chili sauce and top with cheese. 6. Pinch biscuit around the top. 7. Cook for 15 minutes or until biscuits are browned. 8. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes. 9. Enjoy - but remember, they are uglies for a reason, no perfection needed! |
