A delicious meat sauce topping for hot dogs and burgers. Leftover can be frozen for later use. Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef |
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package french's chili-o seasoning |
1/2 cup chili sauce |
water, as needed |
Directions:
1. Saute ground beef until browned. 2. Drain lightly, leaving some meat juices. 3. Finely mince ground beef - I use a food processor. 4. Transfer ground beef to saucepan. 5. Add chili sauce and French's Chili-O seasoning. 6. Stir together well and heat through. 7. Add water to reach desired consistency. 8. Serve on hot dogs and hamburgers. |
