This is a great recipe for using leftover mashed potatoes. These are easy to make but so good in the taste department. You can make them as spicy as you want, but I find this combination just about right. Enjoy Ingredients:
2 cups mashed potatoes |
1/2 cup sour c ream |
2 teaspoons prepared mustard |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar |
2 tablespoons green onion chopped |
1 teaspoon paprika |
Directions:
1. Prepare potatoes or warm left over potatoes. 2. Heat sour cream in a medium saucepan being careful not to boil. 3. Add mustard, salt and sugar then stir to blend and stir into hot potatoes. 4. Add onion and stir to blend then spoon into foil baking shells and sprinkle with paprika. 5. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. |
