Ingredients:
1 (20 ounce) can unsweetened pineapple chunks |
1 (16 ounce) can pitted dark sweet cherries, drained |
1 (15 1/4 ounce) can pear halves, drained |
1 (15 1/4 ounce) can peaches, halves drained |
3/4 cup packed brown sugar |
1/4 cup melted butter |
1 teaspoon curry powder |
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Drain pineapple, reserving juice. 2. In a greased 2 quart baking dish, compbine the fruit. 3. Combine brown sugar, butter, curry, cinnamon, nutmeg and reserved juice;pour over fruit. 4. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until heated through. |
