Ingredients:
1 can(s) 15 oz black beans, drained |
1 cup(s) shredded sharp cheddar cheese |
1 small onion diced |
1/2 cup(s) tomato sauce |
1-1/2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/2 teaspoon(s) chile powder |
1/2 teaspoon(s) hot sauce |
dash of worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Process first 9 ingredients in a food processor until smooth, stopping once to scrape down the sides. Pour into a 1 quart microwave safe bowl, microwave at HIGH 3-4 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring once. 2. Yield 2 cups. 3. Dip may be made 1 day ahead. Omit heat and refrigerate. Microwave as directed. |
