buns Ingredients:
325 ml milk, warm |
1 egg, beaten |
56 g icbinb |
65 g sugar |
1 1/4 tsp salt |
250 g whole wheat flour |
250 g white flour |
1 1/4 tsp cinnamon |
1/2 tsp cloves, crushed |
1/4 tsp nutmeg |
2 tsp yeast |
110 g raisins |
Directions:
1. Measure ingredients except raisins into bread pan. Knead 5 mins. Add raisins and knead a further minute, or till mixed through. 2. Sprinkle yeast on milk, and let proof. Add egg, and mix well. Add to other ingredients and knead for 10 mins. 3. Let rise till doubled. Punch down and shape into 18 rolls. Let rise again till doubled. Bake 350 for 15 to 18 mins. |
