A wonderful cheesy and meaty dip that the men in our family love! Ingredients:
1lb ground beef, browned |
1 onion, diced |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp pepper |
8 oz jar salsa |
1 can nacho cheese soup |
8 slices of velveeta cheese |
tortilla chips |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except for chips in slow cooker. 2. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, stirring occasionally 3. Serve with the chips. |
