This is one of the best and easiest crab dips I have ever made. Make sure you have lots of bread to scoop it up with! Ingredients:
1 lb shredded cheddar cheese, divided |
1 lb cream cheese, softened |
8 ounces sour cream |
3 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon milk |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1 tablespoon paprika |
1 tablespoon old bay seasoning |
1 lb crabmeat |
crusty bread, for dipping |
Directions:
1. Mix first nine ingredients, leaving out about a cup of cheese for topping. Fold in crab meat. Spread mixture into a glass casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve hot with crusty French or Italian bread. |
