A rich bread appetizer. Easy and delicious! Ingredients:
2 cans (6oz each) lump crabmeat, drained and flaked |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley |
1/4 cup sour cream |
1 t lemon juice |
1/2 t garlic powder |
1/8 t salt |
1 loaf (8oz) french bread |
2 t butter |
4 or more slices swiss cheese |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients 2. Slice bread horizontally and spread cut sides with butter 3. Top with cheese 4. Spread with crab mixture 5. Place on an ungreased baking sheet and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned |
