This creamy dip is a fun appetizer for parties. Serve with assorted crackers. Ingredients:
1/2 cup milk |
1/3 cup salsa |
3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese |
1 pound imitation crabmeat, flaked |
1 cup chopped green onions |
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine milk and salsa. Coat a slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Transfer the milk and salsa mixture into the slow cooker. Stir in cream cheese, crab, onions, and chilies. 2. Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours, stirring every 30 minutes. |
