Hot Crab Dip from a Crabber |

This is a recipe from my stepsister, who crabs for a living. EVERYone asks her for it. She gave me the ingredients, but not the cooking instructions, so I cooked mine at 350 for 30 minutes and it's great. Other recipes have different temps and times, so just cook until bubbly and slightly browned at the edge. Ingredients:
2 lbs crabmeat |
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
5 teaspoons horseradish |
2 tablespoons onions, grated |
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
3/4 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 lemon, juice of |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Combine all ingredients and place in a baking dish. 3. Cook 30 minutes or until bubbly and browned. |
