Easy and hot crab dip (you could also use lobster if you wanted).... if you want it to be more zippy just add extra horseradish (or even a dash of cayenne pepper). Serve with celery sticks and crackers. Ingredients:
1 pkg. 8-oz. cream cheese |
7oz. crab meat, rinsed & drained |
2 tbsp. mayonnaise |
1 tbsp. instant minced onion |
1 tbsp. lemon juice |
1 tbsp. horseradish |
salt to taste. |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in saucepan and stir over low heat until bubbly. 2. Option: After dip is hot, transfer to a oven safe dish, top with a bit of parmesan cheese, and stick under broiler to 1-2 minutes... or until cheese on top is melted. |
