This appetizer is just that it gets your appetite going. Ingredients:
1 lb. crab meat flaked |
2 8oz. block cream cheese (soft) |
8oz. sour cream |
1 tsp. dry mustard |
1/4 cup mayo. |
1/2 of lemon ( juiced ) |
dash worcestershire |
1/2 tsp. garlic ( minced) |
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
hungarian paprika approx. 1/2 tsp. |
salt pepper |
Directions:
1. in large bowl combine crab, cream cheese, sour cream, mustard, mayo., lemon juice, worcetershire, garlic, salt & pepper ( to taste) , and 1 cup chedder. reserve paprika and 1/2 cup cheese. place mix in 2 qt. casserole dish. top with cheese & paprika. bake 40 min. 325 degrees. serve with toast or crakers. yields about 7 cups. |
