This appetizer is just that it gets your appetite going.
Ingredients:
1 lb. crab meat flaked
2 8oz. block cream cheese (soft)
8oz. sour cream
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 cup mayo.
1/2 of lemon ( juiced )
dash worcestershire
1/2 tsp. garlic ( minced)
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
hungarian paprika approx. 1/2 tsp.
salt pepper
Directions:
1. in large bowl combine crab, cream cheese, sour cream, mustard, mayo., lemon juice, worcetershire, garlic, salt & pepper ( to taste) , and 1 cup chedder. reserve paprika and 1/2 cup cheese. place mix in 2 qt. casserole dish. top with cheese & paprika. bake 40 min. 325 degrees. serve with toast or crakers. yields about 7 cups.
