Hot Crab Dip

From a local cookbook, 2 Points of View, one of our favorite hot crab dips. You can make it ahead of time and pop it in the oven when your guests arrive.
Ingredients:
16 ounces cream cheese
1/2 pint sour cream
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 dash onion salt
1 dash paprika
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb crabmeat
Directions:
1. In blender, blend together all ingredients except crab and 1/3 cup cheddar cheese.
2. Fold in crab.
3. Bake at 325ºF for 30 to 45 minutes.
4. Top with remaining cheese.
