Hot Crab And Artichoke Dip |

A great hot dip to serve as an appetizer for many or dinner for a couple. Ingredients:
250g (1/2 lb)cream cheese |
2 x 170 g cans of ocean’s crabmeat with legmeat |
1 1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts, chopped |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1 cup grated cheese, parmesan or mozzarella |
1/4 cup red pepper chopped finely |
1/4 cup yellow pepper, chopped finely |
salt & pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. In an oven-proof bowl blend all ingredients until creamy and well mixed. 2. Heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes until bubbly. 3. Remove and stir. 4. Can also be heated in a 350o oven for 15 – 20 minutes or till hot and bubbly. 5. Serve with raw veggies and bread. |
