20 cooked stone-crab claws, chilled or poached shrimp chilled |
2 tablespoon(s) fresh lemon juice (from 2 lemons) |
1/4 cup(s) grated peeled fresh horseradish (from one 2-inch piece) |
1 cup(s) ketchup |
1 tablespoon(s) sriracha (asian chilli sauce) |
1 teaspoon(s) worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Stir together ketchup, grated horseradish, lemon juice, Sriracha, and Worcestershire sauce in a medium bowl. Refrigerate, covered, until chilled. Serve with crab claws and/or poached shrimp. |
