Goes great on fruit cakes especially apple cakes. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter |
3 tablespoons brown sugar |
2 tablespoons nonfat milk |
1 cup dried sweetened coconut |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients into a saucepan. 2. Heat over low until butter is melted. 3. Spread over cake and consider placing cake under oven broiler until topping is bubbling and lightly browned. |
