This makes a HUGE batch of cocoa mix. Make up a batch when the weather turns cool and you should have enough to last until Spring. It's also great to package as gifts. If you have baby food jars, put 1/3-2/3 cup of mix in jar and top with miniature marshmallows. Write the mixing instructions and attach to jar along with a mini candy cane. You could also use resealable snack bags instead of baby food jars. This recipe was given to me by my mom. I don't know how many servings it really makes - just estimated. Ingredients:
1 (8 quart) box powdered milk |
1 (16 ounce) container non-dairy powdered coffee creamer |
16 ounces powdered sugar |
1 (2 lb) box quik chocolate milk mix |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Store in an air-tight container. 3. Use about 1/3 cup mix to 1 cup of hot water. |
