Great with crackers Ingredients:
1 (5 ounce) can canned clams, drained and minced (reserve juice) |
1/4 cup onion, chopped |
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped |
1/4 cup butter |
1 cup cheese, grated |
1/4 cup ketchup |
Directions:
1. Cook onion and green pepper in a sauce pan with the butter till soft. 2. Add remaining ingredients. 3. Stir till cheese is melted. 4. Stir in clam juice to reach desired consistency. |
