                    Tom's contribution to the 2005 QA holiday potluck, delicious (if a bit spicy)! Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                2 large chicken breasts  |  
                                                1 cup hot sauce (frank's redhot brand)  |  
                                                12 ounces cream cheese (1.5 bricks)  |  
                                                1 cup bleu cheese salad dressing  |  
                                                cheddar cheese, shredded  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Cook the chicken breasts and chop or shred into small pieces. 2. Saute the chicken with the hot sauce in a large skillet. Add the cream cheese and stir in until it melts. 3. Remove from heat and add the salad dressing. 4. Spread the mixture in a baking dish, cover with grated cheddar cheese and bake at 375 degrees F. for approximately 30 minutes. 5. Serve hot with tortilla chips.                              |
