This is good for any occasion. I was given this recipe during the holidays at a bowling alley. One taste and I was hooked. Ingredients:
12 ounces cream of chicken soup |
1 (14 ounce) can white chicken meat (i use one small and 1 large can) |
1/2 cup mayonnaise (i use hellmans) |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
parmesan cheese, grated |
banana pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix the first 5 ingredients and put in a casserole dish. Chop banana peppers and sprinkle on top (to add more zip). Sprinkle with grated Parmesan Cheese. 2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with Fritos Scoops. |
