Ingredients:
3 cup(s) cooked chicken chunks |
2 cup(s) celery, diced |
2 teaspoon(s) salt |
2 green onions, sliced |
1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice |
1 cup(s) mayonnaise |
3/4 pound(s) fresh mushrooms, sliced |
1 cup(s) corn flakes |
1/2 cup(s) parmesan cheese |
1/4 cup(s) dry vermouth |
Directions:
1. Pour vermouth over mixture of first 7 ingredients. Let stand atleast 30 min. Spoon into buttered 2 qt. shallow baking dish. Top with corn flakes and cheese. Bake 30 min. at 350. |
