A family favorite! Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed |
1 cup celery, sliced |
1 cup crouton, plus some for the top of the dish |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 tablespoon onion, minced |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated |
1/4 cup slivered almonds |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 2. Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. 3. Put the mixture into a casserole dish. Press some croutons into the dish. 4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. |
