                    A nice potluck dish. I serve with rice and a salad. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts  |  
                                                1 stewed whole chicken (meat only)  |  
                                                1/2 cup celery  |  
                                                1/2 cup chopped onion  |  
                                                2 tablespoons margarine  |  
                                                1 98% fat free condensed cream of celery soup  |  
                                                1/2 cup light mayonnaise  |  
                                                2 tablespoons lemon juice  |  
                                                1/4 cup breadcrumbs  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Saute onions and celery in margarine. 2. Add all ingredients except breadcrumbs. 3. Place in a casserole. 4. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs. 5. Bake at 350* for 30-35 minutes.                              |
