I got this from my sister a long time ago. It's easy to make and very good. Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, diced |
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
1 cup celery, diced |
3/4 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup shedded cheese |
1/2 cup chopped almonds |
2 tablespoons minced onions |
1/2 cup shedded cheese |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon lawry's seasoned salt |
3/4 cup potato chip, crushed |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except the chips in 9 x 9-inch baking dish. 2. Top with potato chips. 3. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 45 minutes. |
