This is my family's favorite pot luck recipe. It is even better the day after - if there is any left! Ingredients:
2 whole chicken breasts, cooked and chopped |
1 jar pimiento |
1 cup chopped celery |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1/2 cup almonds |
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper |
1/2 cup mayonnaise or 1/2 cup salad dressing |
1 can cream of chicken soup |
1/4 cup breadcrumbs |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese |
2 tablespoons butter |
Directions:
1. Combine first eight ingredients in oven proof pan. 2. Mix bread crumbs, parmesan and butter and sprinkle on top. 3. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. |
