Hot Chicken or Turkey Salad |

I like this its pretty good. This needs to refrigerate a few hours or overnight, so make sure you have the time. Ingredients:
4 cups cooked turkey, diced |
2/3 cup almonds, chopped |
2 cups celery, diced |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
4 eggs, hard boiled, chopped |
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise |
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded |
1 cup crushed potato chip |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except cheese, and potato chips and pat into a 9 x 13 pan. 2. Cover, refrigerate several hours or overnight. 3. Top with the cheese and chips. 4. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. 5. Allow to stand 10 minutes before cutting. |
