Sinus clearing heat. Tears of joy. Ingredients:
1 purchased roasted whole chicken |
1 2-ounce bottle tabasco, texas pete or other liquid hot sauce |
1 8-ounce package cream cheese |
1 16-ounce bottle ranch dressing |
chopped green onions to taste |
shredded cheese (i like extra sharp cheddar) |
Directions:
1. Remove chicken from bone and shred. 2. Mix the hot sauce into the shredded chicken. 3. Heat cream cheese and ranch dressing together, mixing well, then stir into the shredded chicken/hot sauce mixture. 4. Ladle into a greased pan. 5. Top with shredded cheese, and green onions 6. Bake for about 30 minutes. 7. Serve with corn chips (or whatever). 8. It takes a pretty strong chip because the dip is really thick. 9. Serve it with a spoon in the dip so it can put it on chips, or celery. |
