A friend of mine made this for our ladies' weekend. I think it is awesome and is always gobbled up when I take it anywhere. I serve it with Wheat Thins. If you like your food spicy, I would increase the garlic and hot sauce. I always do. I probably use 1-1/2 to 2 tsp. garlic and hot sauce. Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced |
8 ounces sour cream |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
3/4-1 teaspoon garlic |
1/4 cup milk |
1/4 cup red peppers, diced or 2 ounces pimientos |
4 ounces green chilies, drained |
3/4-1 teaspoon hot sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small casserole. 2. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until bubbly. 3. Serve with Wheat Thins. |
