Ingredients:
1 whole chicken breast, skinned, boned, and cooked |
1 (8-ounce) package slivered almonds |
1/3 cup chopped green onion |
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
melba toast |
paprika |
Directions:
1. Grind together chicken and almonds in a small mixing bowl, using coarse blade of a meat grinder. Stir in onion, mayonnaise, and salt. 2. Spread 1 teaspoon chicken mixture on each piece of melba toast. Broil just until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with paprika, and serve hot. |
