Hot Chicken, Bacon & Garlic Mayo |

Fairly low fat and really yummy. Ingredients:
2 chicken fillets |
2 -4 slices smoked back bacon |
4 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise (heaped) |
2 teaspoons garlic pepper seasoning (or to taste) |
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 200c. 2. In a small bowl, mix the garlic pepper and mayonnaise. 3. Slather the tops of the chicken fillets with the garlic pepper mayo. 4. Wrap two pieces of bacon around each chicken breast. 5. Bake for 20 minutes. |
