Hot Chicken Amp Artichoke Dip |

Mix up your usual dip by swapping out spinach for chicken, and serve this hot and creamy dip with your favorite toasted bread, chips or crackers. Ingredients:
2 cups shredded swiss cheese |
1 can (10 ounces) premium chunk breast of chicken, drained and flaked |
1 can (8 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped |
1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream |
1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise |
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper |
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce |
Directions:
1. Heat the oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients in a 1 1/2-quart ovenproof casserole dish. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until mixture is hot and bubbly and the edges are golden brown. |
