I had this at a pot luck gathering and had to have the recipe. It seems we can't get enough and can be made in the crock pot although I prefer baking. Ingredients:
3 -4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded |
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened |
1 cup ranch dressing |
5 ounces louisiana hot sauce |
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or more) (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine all 5 ingredients in mixing bowl until well mixed. 2. Put into 9x13 glass baking dish and bake 350 degrees for 30 minute or until bubbly. 3. Serve warm with tortilla chips. |
