Had to give amounts for pepper and nutmeg. Recipe calls for pepper 'to taste' and a pinch of nutmeg. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese |
1/3 cup mayonnaise |
2 green onions, chopped |
1/8 teaspoon pepper (to taste) |
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
8 ounces swiss cheese, shredded |
1/4 cup almonds, sliced |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease glass casserole dish. 2. In dish mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, onions, pepper and nutmeg. 3. Add cheese and mix well. 4. Top with almonds. 5. Bake 7 minutes. 6. Stir and bake 8 minutes more. 7. Serve with crackers. |
