One of my mom's recipes that I love! I usually omit the onion (personal preference.) Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) can rotel |
1 (2 lb) box velveeta cheese |
1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, chopped |
1 medium onion, chopped |
Directions:
1. Melt cheese; add chopped stewed tomatoes, green chilies, and onion. Simmer over low heat in a double boiler or crockpot. Serve with tortilla chips. |
