This is the Hot Buttered Rum that they make at the restaurant(Market) that my daughter works at... Ingredients:
4 oz butter |
2 qts. water |
3 cinnamon sticks |
6 whole cloves |
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg |
6 0z vanilla |
1/2 tsp salt |
2 c brown sugar |
2 c captain morgan spiced rum |
Directions:
1. Simmer all above except rum till hot,then add rum. 2. This yields 6-8 servings. Yo can half it or save and reheat...we keep in a carafe that keeps it warm. |
