This is a wonderful dip for a tailgating party or cocktail party. Easy to make and simply delicious. Ingredients:
2 10 oz packages of chopped broccoli |
2/3 cup finely chopped onion |
2/3 cup finely chopped celery |
1 2oz. can sliced mushrooms drained |
1 can cream of mushroom soup |
2 6 oz packages of kraft garlic cheese cubed |
juice of half a lemon |
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt |
Directions:
1. cook broccoli according to package directions drain well 2. Saute onions, celery, and sliced musrooms in a large skillet until tender. 3. when tender add broccoli, soup, cheese, lemon juice, and garlic salt stirring until cheese has melted and ingredients are combined. 4. serve in a chafing or fondue dish. 5. serve with fritos scoops. 6. freezes well. |
