A hot veggie dip that isn't artichoke Ingredients:
1 cup salad dressing, not mayo |
1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
1 (10 ounce) package broccoli, chopped thawed well drained |
1 (2 ounce) jar pimientos, drained |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Combine dressing, 1/2 cup mozzarella parmesan, broccoli and pimentos. 3. Spread into baking dish or 9 inch pie place. 4. Bake 20 - 25 minutes or until heated through. 5. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella. 6. Bake 5 additional minutes or until mozzarella cheese is melted. |
