Creamy and I love broccoli. Give it a try. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
6 celery ribs, sliced |
2 onions, chopped |
1 1/2 lbs mushrooms, sliced |
1/4 c. all purpose flour |
2 cans condensed cream of celery soup (10 oz) |
6 0z garlic cheese, cut into cubes or cheese of your choice and garlic cloves to your liking |
2 packages frozen broccoli spears (10 oz) |
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, melt butter. Add celery, onion and mushroom. Cook and stir until translucent. Stir in flour and cook 2 to 3 minutes. Transfer to baking dish. 2. Stir in soup, cheese and broccoli. Cover and bake in preheated 350 F oven for 30 minutes. Stir and continue baking for 30 minutes. Serve with french bread slices or crackers. |
