This is another wonderful dip to serve at a holiday gathering or potluck, this one will really go fast! Yum! Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese |
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed &, well drained |
1 cup sour cream |
1 (2/3 ounce) envelope good seasons mild italian salad dressing mix |
1 (8 ounce) package shredded cheddar cheese, divided |

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream and salad dressing mix with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. 3. Stir in broccoli and 1 1/2 cups of the cheddar cheese. 4. Spoon into 9 inch pie plate or ovenproof crock. 5. Bake 20 minutes. 6. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese. 7. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheddar cheese is melted. 8. Serve with crackers. |
