1 cup heavy cream |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel |
5 cups strong coffee |
1 1/4 cups apricot brandy |
Directions:
1. Whip the cream with sugar, cinnamon, and orange peel until soft peaks form. Refrigerate. 2. Combine coffee and brandy and heat but do not boil. 3. Pour into 8 mugs and top with whipped cream. |
